culture shock via phone
As part of my impending Japan-Time-outs I'm trying to find in Germany and in Sweden an Orthodontic, which animmt in the next few months my Japanese braces. That would mean ansich simple that once adjusted this month a pair of wires. Anyone who thinks it's no problem, you are wrong ... But violence. Fact: I still not sure if anyone can handle this thing or is .. or not. It does not seem to be possible to extract from an Orthodontic despite all the necessary details if he makes it or not. What is already bad enough as it is here once for my pearly whites and also a few wires and Plastikplaettchen which are worth more than some small cars.
All this would have been incredibly enough, if not there would be a crowning glory of the issue: the Office assistant with you on the phone need before you get an appointment to talk ... or at least useful information.
And I must say I am appalled.
